He is the son of Michael and Kristie Payne of Oklahoma City. He is a 2009 graduate of Southmoore High School.
Air Force Airman Ashley N. Burch graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio.
She is the daughter of Kenneth Burch of Oklahoma City and the granddaughter of Hazel Burch of Del City. She is a 2008 graduate of Del City High School.
