Couple celebrate 50 years

MOORE — Ken and Neta Davis, Moore, were married on July 6, 1962, in Oklahoma City.

They welcomed a daughter, Robin Davis Varner on their first wedding anniversary and a son, Kenneth Lee (Bud) Davis, two years later, also in July.

Ken is retired from the State of Oklahoma, and Neta is retired from Kerr McGee.

They have four grandchildren, Brandi, T.J., Calvin and Jake.

They are members of the Central Church of Christ in Moore.

They love to cruise and frequent the Caribbean.

The couple, their children and grandchildren had an anniversary celebration in Destin, Fla., in May commemorating their 50th, daughter’s 30th and son’s 25th wedding anniversaries.
