Jana Monroe was chosen as the Central Junior High site teacher. She has taught at Moore schools for 17 years, the last five at Central.
Monroe taught at Kelley Elementary for her first six years and then Highland West Junior High for seven.
"I love what I do and feel very blessed to be teaching at the best junior high with the best students anywhere," Monroe said.
Jon Owen has taught in Oklahoma for 19 years, three teaching science at Vista.
"And might I say, there is no place I would rather be," Owen said.
He and his wife Amber have three children, Kyle, 10; Jacob, 9; and Emma Kate 7.
