MOORE — Elementary Schools

Available every day: Sack lunch, assorted flavors of milk.

Today: Chicken in the round sandwich w/leafy lettuce; Super Sight carrot sticks with reduced ranch dressing; halloween cake; mixed fruit or juice.

Thursday: Pot of Gold macaroni and cheese; Chef Gusteau Salad; Ruby Red peppers with hummus; Green Lantern green beans; seasoned fresh fruit or juice.

Friday: Bucket of Soldiers chicken strips with dipping sauces and hot roll; Midway fries; sassy potato bites; warm cinnamon apples or juice.

Monday: Slinky dog; Iron Man beans; cresh broccoli trees with reduced ranch dip; canned fruit mix up or juice.

Tuesday: Barrels of chicken nuggets; Chef Gusteau salad; Mr. Potato Head mashed potatoes with gravy; crunchy side salad; seasoned fresh fruit or juice.

Junior High

Available every day: Hamburger, cheeseburger, pizza, chef salad, fries, side salad, seasonal fresh fruit and assorted flavors of milk.

Today: Far East sweet and sour chicken with egg roll; spicy chicken wrap; steamed broccoli trees; peaches.

Thursday: Pot of Gold macaroni and cheese; sub sandwich; peas and carrots medley; tender pears.

Friday: Slow-simmered beef steaw with hot roll; coney hot dog with fixings; sassy sweet potato bites; applesauce.

Monday: Fernando’s chicken burrito with toppings; Mazzio Pizza; seasoned pinto beans; canned mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Mario’s saucy spaghetti with breadstick; spicy chicken sandwish; chef salad; sub sandwich; Green Lantern green beans; canned apricots.

High School

Generally available most every day: Hamburger, cheeseburger, pizza, popcorn chicken, chicken strips, spicy chicken sandwich, flat bread sandwich, sweet and sour chicken with egg roll, chef salad, fries, side salad, fresh fruit and assorted flavors of milk.

Today: Beef stir fry with egg roll; steamed broccoli tree tops; peaches; Halloween cake.

    The May 20 tornado in Moore ripped trees from their roots and branches from their trunks, but two long-deceased trees stood strong as the Veterans Memorial Park was torn apart around them.
