MOORE — Robert Milton Jennings, 69, of Shawnee, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, in Oklahoma City.
Services for Mr. Jennings were Dec. 16 at Primrose chapel.
He was born Nov. 16, 1942, to Robert Lee and Mildred Lucille (Teel) Jennings in Norman. He graduated from Midwest City High School. Mr. Jennings served in the United States Marine Corps. He was employed by the Civil Service retiring from Tinker Air Force Base. He enjoyed riding street bikes especially his Harley. He also enjoyed riding ATV’s, camping with his family and friends, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was also an avid reader. Mr. Jennings was a member of the Moose Lodge in Midwest City.
He was preceded in death by his father; a son, Robert Wayne Jennings and a sister, Trinna Dawson.
Mr. Jennings is survived by his wife, Bonnie of the home; his mother, Mildred Jennings; two daughters, Kristy Marie Owen and her husband, Kelly, of Moore, Martha DeeAnn Jennings of Moore; two sons, Matthew Scott Jennings and his wife, Jennifer of Newalla, Mark Daniel Jennings and his wife, Brandy of Shawnee; a brother, Travice Jennings of Shawnee; a sister, Martha Spruill of Del City; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a countless number of friends.
