MOORE — Millard Miller, 87, of Chandler, died July 10. She was born Sept. 12, 1922, to Ed and May Pierce in Rush Springs. Millard enjoyed gardening, cooking and sewing. She worked at El Charrito Mexican Restaraunt for more than 20 years. Her first love was spending time with her family.
She is survived by children, Janeice Hurst of Moore, Roberta Peterman of Moore, Richard Miller and wife Tammy of Norman, Audry Ochoa and husband Fernando of Okalhoma City, HL Miller and wife Darlene of Noble, Nathan Miller and wife Mable of Wellston, Olan Miller and wife Phyllis of Wellston; 28 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; Aunt Ruby and many other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Henry Lawrence Miller; daughters, Nona Miller, Martha Butler and Elnora Cardova; and eight siblings.
Services were held July 13 at Eastern Avenue Church. Interment followed at Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City, under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel.
