MOORE — Terry Jerome Lovelady, Sr., 79, of Oklahoma City, passed away July 3, 2012.
Services were Saturday, July 7, at Lynlee Mae Chapel, 507 E. Main Street, Moore. Interment followed at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City.
He was born February 24, 1933, in Oklahoma City. Terry was a member of Airport Assembly of God. He was an ordained Assembly of God minister. Terry loved teaching about the Lord. He was always reading his Bible. Terry loved listening to Gospel music. His first love was his family.
Terry is preceded in death by two daughters, Kathy Cushman and Karen Lovelady; granddaughter, Jessica Lovelady; seven siblings, Henry Lovelady, Albert Lovelady, Glenda Holman, Wanda Kerley, Edgar Lovelady, Margene Nelson and David Lovelady.
He is survived by his wife, of 61 years, Catherine; four children, Terry Lovelady, Jr.; Wayne Lovelady; Kenneth Lovelady and wife, Donna and Loretta Pierce and husband, Danny; seven grandchildren, Mary, Chris, Jimmie, J.R., Tosha, Marsheila and Alyssa; three great-grandchildren, Kathryn, Anna and Zac; brother, Daniel Lovelady; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, Moore.
